Oggi arriva un nuovo modello in casa DiNuvoleDiCuori ed è l’abito Brighton! Abito con maniche a petalo e forma a vestaglia, con apertura sul fianco per inserire la cintura!

Ma parliamo un pò di lui!

L’abito Brighton viene da viene da lontano, dal 2019 e sì, anche lui è ancora un capo saldo del mio guardaroba! Le ragazze lo videro durante una lezione e se ne innamorarno! La sua forma romantica e morbida, si adatta perfettamente a questa primavera e alle fresche (speriamo) serate estive!

Let’s talk about it!

The Brighton wrap dress comes from afar, exactly from 2019 and yes, it is still a staple in my wardrobe! My girls in the sewing classes saw it during one of our classes and fell in love! Its romantic and smooth shape make it the perfect dress for the new spring and summer evenings!

Tecnicamente il vestito Brighton non è semplicissimo come il Gilet Copenhagen. Richiede il giusto tempo e la giusta pazienza per i dettagli presenti. Creato per tessuti morbidi ma fermi, è perfetto per stampe fiorate (MA NON MI DIRE!) e/o colori tinta unita!

Technically, the Brighton wrap dress it’s not super easy as the Copenhagen waistcoat. It has a few details that require all your patience and attention but the result is worth the wait! Designed for woven fabrics, it can be perfect for both florals (you don’t say!) and/or solid colors!

Come per gli altri cartamodelli DiNuvoleDiCuori non troverai nè i piazzamenti nè le istruzioni per creare questo modello.

As per all other DiNuvoleDiCuori patterns you will not find any instructions nor pattern placement to help you creating this pattern.

Perchè?

Perchè voglio che metti insieme le tue conoscenze, perchè voglio che sfidi te stess*, perchè voglio che non ti accontenti.

Più semplicemente voglio che ti diverti a sperimentare, a non avere regole già scritte e vedere cosa salta fuori .

Se sei già ad un certo livello, metterti alla prova non ti spaventa di certo, mentre se sei alle prime armi invece potresti aver paura ed è assolutamente normale. E se sei alle prime armi vorresti farlo IERI, perchè diciamocelo: sognare in grande non è un delitto e vorresti tutto e subito – ci sono già passata, tranquill*!- .

Sia che tu sia del partito “Voglio farlo IERI” oppure ” So già fare un sacco di cose, ma non queste” per ovviare ai momenti di scoramento e di perplessità, possiamo fare un corso sul modello, in gruppo o con delle lezioni specifiche di passaggi specifici dei quali non capisci al meglio il funzionamento. Why?

Because I want you to go all-in with your knowledge. I want you to improve. I want you not to settle for anything less than “I know how to do it”.

But easier than that: I want you to have fun, I want you to have no rules at all and see what comes out of it.

If you already are at a certain level, upgrade a little bit will not worry you at all. If you’re somewhere between novice and intermediate, you could be scared by all of this and it’s totally normal. And if you’re in some way a newbie you would love to have done it YESTERDAY. Let’s face it: go big or go home, right? (been there, done that!)
